Tackling Inequalities Fund: online project

Good News! I achieved a grant from the Tackling Inequalities Fund from Wesport. This meant I could develop a YouTube exercise channel for supporting our mental health challenges during Covid-19.


Health and Wellbeing open days

I can work with other services and organisations for offering health and wellbeing open days.

For four years I’ve work with Terrence Higgins Trust (Bristol). We ran its Move and Shake open days at Hamilton House, Easton Community Centre and more recently on Zoom.

Our events had:

  • inspiring talks on health and fitness

  • physical activities, such as Tai Chi, dance fitness, mobility, bodyweight circuits and stretch.

Therefore, everyone had an opportunity to explore, question and discuss our health, wellbeing and fitness needs.

I’m enthusiastic to work with more organisations and services, such as community hubs, to offer the same opportunities.

I can run the out reach services on Monday, Tuesdays, during the evenings and weekend days.
